Right of withdrawal

If you are not satisfied with the product and wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you may submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your package, provided the item is in its original, sealed packaging and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs and the choice of carrier will be your responsibility.

Quality Guarantee

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us to inform us and arrange for a return/refund. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Returned products are not eligible for exchange; instead, they are inspected by our logistics department upon receipt at the warehouse. Products must be new and in their original packaging. If they meet the criteria for a refund, the refund request will be processed.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 10 to 14 days of receiving the returned products. Only the cost of the returned products will be refunded.
